TERMS OF SERVICE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
By registering an account in our game/forum, navigating our site, or even accessing this page you have agreed to abide by our Terms of Service. Some of our rules apply outside of our site as well. For example, disrespecting an administrator or making false accusations against them in any medium (external sites, instant messengers, etcetera) is a violation of our site rules and will result in disciplinary action.

Do not think of disciplinary action as a punishment dealt against you by a member of the administration. Disciplinary action is what you do to yourself by disobeying the rules. In order to break a rule, you must make a decision. You must decide whether to obey the rules and play the game unhindered or break the rules and place a suspension on yourself. If you didn't read the rules, you chose not to read the rules, and therefore chose to take the risk of breaking one and placing a suspension on yourself. In other words, when you break a rule, you are suspending yourself.

APPEALING DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS/ISSUING COMPLAINTS
The administrators of this have been chosen very carefully. No administrator has ever been found to have cheated during any investigatio. If you believe an administrator is cheating with their game playing account, the ONLY administrator you may report this to is Admin Advo. Admin Advo handles all investigations concerning Admin cheating. No matter who you are reporting, you MUST report it to Admin Advo and ONLY Admin Advo. Under no circumstance can such reports be made to any other Administrators.

If you wish to report a regular player for cheating, there are a wide variety of ways you can do this. You can do so on the official TCW forum area which is reserved for reporting bugs. You can also do so by contacting admin advo via msn messenger: idiot20au@yahoo.co.uk. You can also do so using the ingame REPORT CHEATER option. The administration will reply to your report as soon as the investigation is completed. Please be sure to include as much information as possible.

If you have received disciplinary action and believe you should not have, the ONLY administrator you can take it to is the administrator who applied it. If that administrator does not agree with your appeal, you are FORBIDDEN from arguing with the administrator. Instead, you can take it to Jason who will review the issue and determine the proper course of action. Admins decision is final and arguing with it is against our Terms of Service.
