TERMS OF SERVICE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
---
By registering an account in our game/forum, navigating our site, or even accessing this page you have agreed to abide by our Terms of Service. Some of our rules apply outside of our site as well. For example, disrespecting an administrator or making false accusations against them in any medium (external sites, instant messengers, etcetera) is a violation of our site rules and will result in disciplinary action. Do not think of disciplinary action as a punishment dealt against you by a member of the administration. Disciplinary action is what you do to yourself by disobeying the rules. In order to break a rule, you must make a decision. You must decide whether to obey the rules and play the game unhindered or break the rules and place a suspension on yourself. If you didn't read the rules, you chose not to read the rules, and therefore chose to take the risk of breaking one and placing a suspension on yourself. In other words, when you break a rule, you are suspending yourself.
RULE ENFORCEMENT
---
While on a majority of cases the administration will issue warnings before disciplinary action, the administration is not required to do so. There may be times when disciplinary action is issued without warning. Because in the past, players have tried to get away with cheating by using technicalities and loopholes, the administration now reserves the right to issue disciplinary action against any action that they deem to be or should be a violation of the rules even if the action is not listed in our rules. Administrators reserve the right to determine the appropriate disciplinary action and extremity of such when issuing such. Because each administrator operates according to their opinion of what is best, it is possible that two individuals performing the same act to the same extremity may receive varying disciplinary action due to different administrators acting on each case. Also, since administrators do take into account the honesty, history, and intentions of a player's actions, it is possible for different players doing the same act to be punished differently due to one being dishonest/having a history of cheating/intending to break the rules when the other is honest/has never cheated/did not intend to break the rules. This is at the individual administrator's discretion. Please see the section on "APPEALING DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS/ISSUING COMPLAINTS" should you feel that an administrator has unfairly issued disciplinary action.
