IMPORTANT INFORMATION
By registering an account in our game/forum, navigating our site, or even accessing this page you have agreed to abide by our Terms of Service. Some of our rules apply outside of our site as well. For example, disrespecting an administrator or making false accusations against them in any medium (external sites, instant messengers, etcetera) is a violation of our site rules and will result in disciplinary action.

Do not think of disciplinary action as a punishment dealt against you by a member of the administration. Disciplinary action is what you do to yourself by disobeying the rules. In order to break a rule, you must make a decision. You must decide whether to obey the rules and play the game unhindered or break the rules and place a suspension on yourself. If you didn't read the rules, you chose not to read the rules, and therefore chose to take the risk of breaking one and placing a suspension on yourself. In other words, when you break a rule, you are suspending yourself.


RULE DESCRIPTION
No Profanity We operate a strict no swearing policy on this site. Also please rememeber that the swear filter in the forum is in place to remove swearing before the administrators have to deal with it. Attempts to bypass this filter will also be punished. This includes acronyms which contain profanity in them. This also includes the use of anti-religious terms which some religions may take as blasphemy, swearing, profanity, etcetera. For example, the use of the word God as slang rather than actually talking about or to Him. The purposeful mispelling of the name of a god in such a manner as to mock it. Etcetera. Currently the game swear filter is not working. Swearing is not permitted in the game just as it is not permitted in the forum. Because swearing is not censored in the game, it is important to ensure you are extra careful when posting/creating usernames. It is your responsibility to be wary and you are responsible for any swear words you "mistakenly" type.
No Explicit Content Please remember that the game and forum is open to people of all ages, therefore any content which we deem innapropriate will be removed, and disciplinary action will be taken. This involves references to drugs, fighting, pornography, sexuality, etc. It does not matter whether your reference is subtle or bold.
No Advertising Advertising will not be permitted at all. Whether this be other games, websites or recruitment links.
No Spamming Spamming the forum, players private message folders in the game, players private message folders in the game, or alliance message boards will not be tolerated.
Respect Other Players Do not flame other members or discriminate against others for minor things such as spelling, grammer, language etc. No name calling.
Respect Administrators Admistrators will have the final say in everything. Disrespect or disobedience of any of these rules through the use of our game network or any other medium toward an administrator will result in an increase in your banning or a permanent ban at the discretion of the administration.
No Cheating No automated processes, macros, scripts, or other "non-human being" account activity is allowed. No sharing or giving out your account details to others. No logging into other people's accounts. No cross server trading is allowed. Proxy servers are not allowed to be used with recruitment clicking. Attempts to break into accounts, the game/forum, or otherwise disrupt or slow down the game/forum, or server, will not be tolerated. Using bugs or exploits of any kind, or knowing of and not reporting bugs or exploits, is against the rule.
Use Appropriate Usernames The use of obscene language in usernames or in in-game messages will not be tolerated. All usernames must comply with our Terms of Service.
Submit Videos Properly Do not post youtube or hulu videos outside of the Lounge forum area.
Respect Admin/Mod Codes Do not duplicate the appearance of the administrator or moderators warning tags in your post.
No Mysticism No magic, sorcery, witchcraft, spells, demons, gargoyles, wizards, witches, anything else of a supernatural nature are premitted within the RPG's or any other aspect of the network except for the purpose of debating politics/religion in the Library forum area.
Multiple Accounts/Shard IP's Policy It is not against the rules for multiple individuals to play from the same computer/IP or for a player to have multiple accounts in the CLASSIC SERVER. However, accounts which result from shared IP's or formed as multiple accounts may NOT be used to benefit each other. A player may not attack his own multiple accounts or other accounts on the same server, or benefit from trades/transfers resulting from the Auction Market/P2P/Alliance Transfer or any other feature. Such accounts must remain closed to one another with no ingame attachment except for the possibility of being in the same alliance/sharing commanders/officers with one another. Anyone found to be violating this rule will have their multiple accounts or the accounts of everyone on their IP permanently suspended. It is a REQUIREMENT that all individuals sharing the same IP or having multiple accounts REPORT each of their accounts VIA the report shared computer/IP link on the Command Center page (toward the bottom right). Failure to do so WILL result in a permanent suspension of accounts.
